Another Monday, another theme. Today's theme was supposedly smart casual/formal (according to Cara on the class blog). It did seem a tad bit messy though, with different people dressing to a different style. So basically those who wanted smart casual dressed smart casual, and the formal dressed formal.
Hence, the mixed scene we see below.

Still, it was an interesting day. Didn't take a whole lot of pics during lunch though. Frankly because we were all feeling rather bored and moody from Pat Wong's lecture on APA Citations. I too was a little bored, but I guess it's a topic that they have to cover if not they can't shirk responsibility. But I reckon it's pretty easy to understand so no problems there.
Radio class after that was pretty shocking because Felix announced that 90% of us failed the Radio Production Script & Cue Sheet assignment. It was such a huge blow to me that I started convulsing uncontrollably and my friends had to strap me down with long strips of beef jerky. But seriously, I was quite upset to hear that. I hope I didn't fail. No! I can't afford to have a black mark on my record. Damn perfectionist tendencies.
After all classes ceased to operate, I went to the library (again) with a bunch of lovely people to slack out. Bought my first ever cup of bubble tea from Each-A-Cup too (which I'm particularly proud of for some strange unnamed reason). Amidst some strange compelling feelings to arm wrestle and numerous attempts to complete a certain commercial script, we took some photos that pretty much showed us up for the normal, fun-loving people we are (well Mel and I anyway).

Ha! Take that all you people who think I'm crazy (though you're probably right).
So after that picture perfect moment, we realised the time and after dilly-dallying a little, we rushed all the way down to Esplanade Theatres on the Bay for "An Evening With Friends" by the ACJC Choir.
The concert was really great, though I didn't enjoy all songs, especially that one written by local composer Kelly Tang (he's a guy by the way). But overall, I thought it was a great performance by the choir and they didn't deserve the Gold award for SYF that they got. They should've gotten Gold with Honours! (Hope's so gonna start jumping when she sees this) All in all, it was good to see all my old ACJC compadre's once again.
Here's a pic that I took there. (Guess what! I'm not in it)

It's Ling and Mark! Lookie, all smiles! SAY CHEESE!
After the concert, a bunch of us went to Makansutra to have dinner/supper. The char kway teow there is tres bon man. Mr Yam, we ought to go there together one day. You'll be so happy *Choir starts singing*
On the way back at Citylink Mall, we happened to come across something we thought was rather amusing. Here's a before and after photo.

Wow man, people sure do love peeling stuff off walls. coffee & toast -> ee toast. Brilliant, simply brilliant.
